I am aiming to raise at least $1000 for the Uniting Church in Australia Queensland Flood Appeal.

My friend Adriene’s mother and family have fled their family home as it will be at least knee deep in water by now.
Bri’s friend who is 5 months pregnant has been separated from her husband for 3 days because he cannot get home. She messaged Bri an hour ago to say the water is on her street and she will need to get onto her roof soon.
Another girl has not heard from her parents for 3 days now and their town is completely underwater.
I could not begin to imagine what they are going through and they are just 3 stories of the thousands of people affected by this disaster.
To lose everything would just be devastating as well as animals are without homes/food and the clean-up is going to take months.

Any contribution, great or small, that you could make would be appreciated and with us all putting in it will make a difference!!
